Corporate Compliance

The Seton Health Board of Trustees and all Seton Health associates are committed to a Corporate Responsibility Program which is consistent with our mission, vision and values. We are dedicated to following a high ethical standard of individual conduct as well as acting as responsible corporate citizens. The CRP Program supports compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations by:

• Auditing and monitoring to prevent or detect errors in coding or billing.
• Educating our associates so that they are responsible for reporting any concern
  about a possible false claim or regulatory violation.
• Investigating all reported concerns and correcting any billing errors discovered.
• Protecting our associates who report concerns in good faith.
