Outright gifts are direct donations made with cash, check, credit card, securities, real estate, or tangible personal property. Your gift may be unrestricted, directed to where the need is greatest, or restricted for a specific program or service.
A Tribute gift is a special and meaningful way to honor friends and family members for birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations.
A Memorial gift in remembrance of a deceased loved one, colleague or neighbor is a special way to honor their life and memory.
To say thank you. Many patients and families want to express appreciation for the care they received at Seton Health. A gift to the Seton Health Foundation is a wonderful way to thank and honor your doctor, nurse or other staff.
Gifts of any amount are welcomed and may be made by individuals, employee groups, businesses and organizations. Tribute and memorial gifts may be unrestricted, directed to where the need is greatest or restricted for a specific program or service.
Each memorial and tribute gift is promptly acknowledged with a letter sent to the person or the family of the person in whose name the gift was given. Gift amounts are confidential. The donor receives a separate acknowledgment and receipt for his or her records.
Gifts in Tribute and Memorial may be made online, by mail or telephone. For more information call (518) 268-5503.
Annual gifts from individuals, businesses and corporations help fund an array of innovative programs and services, state-of-the-art technology and new facilities. Call (518) 268-5503 to learn more about the Seton Health Annual Fund.
A gift of an appreciated security or stock can be one of the best ways of giving. The donor receives a charitable deduction for the fair market value of the stock on the date of the gift and avoids the capital gain that would have been realized if the stock had been sold. If you are considering a gift of securities please contact us at (518) 268-5503 for the instructions for electronic gift transfers of securities.
You can make a gift of real estate or tangible personal property to Seton Health Foundation. Please contact the Foundation (518) 268-5503 for more information on these types of gifts.
Special events are another way to give. Please check out the Special Events Page, call (518) 268-5604 or email Stacy LaCombe-Kraft at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Planned gifts include bequests from wills and charitable trusts, charitable gift annuities and insurance. Please call (518) 268-5503.
Simplicity and ease of use make cash (in the form of a check) the most popular way to make a charitable gift. Checks should be made payable to the Seton Health Foundation and mailed to:
