Seton Health offers specialized care for patients who suffer from chronic wounds. Our skilled and specially trained Nurse Practitioners provide treatment for chronic wounds, along with education, support, and the resources each patient needs to maximize self-care and healing.
Our program addresses individual needs with the use of comprehensive and innovative treatment options. Treatments may include dressings and medications, non-invasive evaluation of circulatory status, nutrition of diabetes education referrals, specialist referrals and more.
Our staff works with primary care physicians to efficiently coordinate care for wounds that resist healing. Conveniently located at 147 Hoosick Street in Troy, the Seton Health Wound Care Center is handicap accessible and offers plenty of free parking. Seton Health accepts all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Hyperbaric medicine — and the area's only multi-person hypebaric chamber — is a big part of the Seton Health Wound Care program. For more information, click here.
