Seton Health/St. Mary's Hospital is a proud participant of Care for Life, a support and referral service for older adults. The service is sponsored by the Diocese of Albany and local Catholic healthcare and social service providers.

Care for Life offers at-home professional assessment and care plan preparation through its CHOICES program at Seton Health and other Catholic health providers.

The program offers older adults, family caregivers, and doctors a single source for locating and arranging services and supports, including:
