The Food For Thought series features guest speakers offering information and a question-and-answer forum on a variety of current healthcare topics. Each programs is presented free of charge and features a light supper.
These groups meets monthly to discuss topics of interest, provide education and emotional support. Patients, loved ones, family, friends and caregivers are all invited to attend. There is no charge, but reservations are requested. Please call the contact numbers below:

Our award-winning smoking cessation program is offered regularly at several convenient locations throughout the greater Capital District. This proven program, presented in seven group sessions, features a workbook, audio relaxation support and nicotine replacement therapy. The program is free for qualified individuals.
