Seton Health Wellness, based on the Six Dimensions of Wellness will help you develop the tools and resources needed to prevent disease, increase energy and develop an overall sense of well being and strength. The six-week program focuses on helping you identify and implement personal goals for overall wellness. You will also learn the fundamentals of exercise and develop easy-to-follow exercise programs.

Wellness and health are often used interchangeably. Wellness is more than having a healthy body and not falling into sickness; it encompasses six individual dimensions; each component is equally vital in the pursuit of optimal wellness.

How does the program work?
The Seton Health Wellness Program is a six-week, 3-day a week program. Each week focuses on a new dimension. Along with focusing on individual dimensions, each visit includes 45 to 60 minutes of exercise. The purpose of the exercise component is to teach the fundamentals of exercise. You will learn a variety of exercises with an emphasis of form, safety, self monitoring and how to develop progressive programs.
