St. Mary’s non-invasive Cardiology department offers a variety of testing including, but not limited to:

• Walk-In EKGs
• Echocardiography
• Stress Echo
• Transesophageal Echo
• 24/48 Hour Holter monitoring
• 1, 2, 3, or 4 Week Event Monitoring with auto capture feature
• Nuclear Stress Testing
• Regular Exercise Stress test
• Peripheral arterial studies with ABIs (PVR)

Non-invasive cardiology involves testing for the evaluation and diagnosis of heart disorders. A person experiencing symptoms of chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, or dizziness may be referred for testing. There are other symptoms not listed here that may indicate medical necessity for these tests. A physician order is necessary.

Appointments are readily available. Most tests take less than 30 minutes and are performed in a comfortable environment.
