Walk to improve your health. Just 30 minutes of walking a day can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve blood pressure and blood sugar, elevate mood, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis, cancer, and diabetes. Join cardiologists on a monthly walk to improve your health, learn about important health topics, and meet new friends interested in improving their health with you. You'll get to spend time with physicians, get to know them, and ask medical questions in an informal, relaxed, and fun way!
It’s fun, it’s free and open to everyone rain or shine!
You will need to sign a liability waiver prior to participating.
8 - 10 am at Russell Sage College (Meet at First and Ferry Streets, just north of Robison Gym. Parking is available on the left side of the gym and also south of First and Ferry Streets)
