One of St. Mary's Hospital's most valuable assets is its group of volunteers. Volunteering is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the experience of our patients and their families. Volunteers are integral to our daily operation. Whether your interest is volunteering directly with patients or providing clerical support to our offices, Seton Health offers an extensive variety of volunteer roles. Ranging in age from 15 years to great grandmothers and grandfathers, our volunteers find personal fulfillment in helping others, while honoring Seton Health’s mission to keep the patients as the center of all we do.
We especially encourage teenagers to find out what a difference they can make at such a young age. Volunteering in healthcare provides many opportunities. It is a wonderful way to learn about healthcare careers, obtain community service hours for school and learn valuable lessons in responsibility and developing decision-making skills while giving something back to the community.
